• You will be responsible for the professional management, coordination and allocation of all upcoming retrofitting projects for industrial motors and their associated parameters at the site
• You will also be responsible for the technical management and precise adjustment of complex software parameters and control data for customers worldwide
• Furthermore, you will oversee systematic research and the development of sustainable solutions in the event of unexpected technical problems or error messages during ongoing operations
• The continuous quality assurance and optimisation of existing application software solutions also form part of your varied and responsible role
• As part of your role, you will support close collaboration with related specialist departments to ensure the smooth implementation of all software projects
• Finally, you will be responsible for the thorough documentation of all process steps carried out and for compliance with all internal quality guidelines and security requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d), Mechatronics (m/f/d) or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical professional experience in the support, configuration and fault diagnosis of complex software applications in mechanical engineering
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of control software, motor parameters and the fundamentals of electrical engineering, as well as your basic qualifications as a qualified electrician
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for liaising with international contacts, are further assets
• Furthermore, you bring a structured approach to your work, strong problem-solving skills, and a high degree of teamwork and initiative to your new working environment
