Job description

  • You are the first point of contact for customers:for all questions and concerns relating to our Medistar software
  • You receive, record and categorise telephone enquiries and process them directly
  • if possible
  • Enquiries that you cannot resolve yourself, forward them specifically to 2nd level support
  • You carefully document all processed cases in the ticket system so that complete and transparent traceability is guaranteed

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have experience in SAP
  • Ideally, you already have an insight into the processes of medical practices, but this is not a must
  • You have experience or are willing to familiarise yourself with the CGM MEDISTAR practice software, familiarise yourself with it
  • you speak German at native speaker level
  • occasionally you are willing to take on night shifts and show flexibility here, when necessary
  • You are open-minded towards IT topics and enjoy familiarising yourself with new tasks
  • You are always service-oriented, communicate clearly and convincingly and demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers
