• You will design and programme modern, highly scalable software applications within the .NET ecosystem, with a focus on C#
• You will play an active role in shaping the software architecture and user interfaces
• You will develop feature-rich APIs to ensure data is transferred smoothly and securely
• You will be responsible for database integration and design, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server
• You will develop intuitive and accessible user interfaces in accordance with internal quality standards
• You will test and document your developments, and maintain and optimise existing applications
• You will support the IT team with queries relating to Windows Server environments and, optionally, Linux system environments
• As part of innovative projects, you will drive forward the digitalisation of relevant public administration processes

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ practical professional experience in software development using C#, the .NET Framework, .NET Core and EF Core
• You have a solid knowledge of Visual Studio, Git, relational databases such as MS SQL Server, CSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript and JavaScript
• You have C1-level proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as good spoken and written English
• You bring analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to your day-to-day work
• You have a strong sense of teamwork and impress with your communication skills
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner, taking responsibility for your own tasks
• You are interested in innovative digitalisation projects within the public sector
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
