• You will carefully process and carry out technical checks on incoming customer enquiries and orders
• Checking stock availability, price checks, as well as monitoring orders and managing internal and external deadlines, are your responsibility
• You will draw up quotations for spare parts, consumables and machine modifications in German and English
• You will compile wear part sets and recommendation lists for spare part sets according to machine type
  You will communicate with customers by telephone and in writing and act as their point of contact
• You will reliably create part numbers and bills of materials
• Maintaining prices for spare parts and consumables is also part of your role

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or power electronics technician (m/f/d) and have several years’ professional experience
• A qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) is desirable
• Technical knowledge of sheet-fed offset presses will make it easier for you to settle in and carry out your day-to-day work
• You are confident and experienced in dealing with parts lists, spare parts documentation and technical drawings
• Your excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office, will assist you in your day-to-day work
• You have a confident command of spoken and written English
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Your confident manner, organisational skills and assertiveness will help you to tackle your tasks
