Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent and timely preparation of monthly payrolls for a defined group of different clients
- In addition, you will be responsible for the careful recording and maintenance of all relevant personnel master and transaction data within our client's payroll system
- Furthermore, you will support the clients and their employees as the first point of contact for all questions that arise regarding payroll-related topics or tax issues
- The comprehensive handling of the entire certification system as well as the necessary correspondence with health insurance companies

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or as a specialist assistant for wages and salaries (m/f/d)
- you also have sound practical professional experience in operational payroll accounting as well as basic knowledge of current payroll tax and social security law
- you have a sound knowledge of common IT applications such as MS Office
