You will have technical and organisational responsibility for the proper operation and maintenance of the public sewerage network, in accordance with statutory and technical requirements. You will also be responsible for organising the work and training the specialist staff under your supervision. You will document, calculate and monitor work orders; the scheduling of operations, cleaning and monitoring of the sewer network, wastewater treatment structures and CCTVinspections, including documentation in accordance with standards, are your responsibility. Furthermore, you organise and monitor maintenance measures and new connections, including final inspections and invoice checks. You implement fault management and rectify breakdowns. Last but not least, you organise operational resources such as equipment, tools, consumables and vehicle equipment

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a wastewater treatment technician (m/f/d), as a wastewater technology specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of sewer construction, sewage treatment works or environmental technology, as well as a Class B and C1 or C1E driving licence
• You have relevant professional experience in the utilities sector
• You have a solid grasp of IT, particularly in using MS Office and GIS
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to take part in on-call duty
• Organisational skills, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
