• You will be responsible for the independent planning and site supervision, in accordance with the HOAI, of complex projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, plumbing and refrigeration engineering
• You will also be responsible for the holistic technical planning of diverse and challenging new-buildand refurbishment projects for our valued clients
• Furthermore, you will provide expert advice to clients and develop viable technical concepts through to a fully realised, implementation-ready solution
• The forward-looking development of sustainable energy supply concepts for modern buildings and complex property complexes is also part of your remit
• As part of your role, you will support the sound economic assessment and precise evaluation of complex energy-related installations and systems
• Furthermore, you will support cross-disciplinary coordination with all specialist planners (m/f/d) involved, as well as the specialist contractors carrying out the work, during the construction phase
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical standards are met to a high standard and that the assigned planning projects are completed on schedule

• You have successfully completed a degree in utilities and building services engineering or further training as a State-Certified Technician (m/f/d) specialising in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning engineering
• you also possess in-depth technical expertise in HVAC technology as well as several years’ practical experience in service phases 1–8 of the HOAI
• Your confident use of standard building services planning software, CAD systems and modern IT applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as the ability to communicate precisely and expressively when dealing with clients
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of initiative, strong teamwork skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach to projects
• Finally, you are highly solution-oriented and always work reliably, conscientiously and with great commitment as part of a team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
