You will be responsible for planning and site supervision in accordance with the HOAI in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation and refrigeration engineering. For a range of new-build and refurbishment projects, you will be responsible for the overall HVAC&R planning. You will advise clients:and develop technical concepts through to implementation-ready solutions. You will independently develop energy supply concepts and bring them to a stage ready for implementation. You will assess energy-related systems from an economic perspective. Within the scope of service phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI, you will handle all planningand implementation steps; you will prepare tender and contract award documents for the HVAC and plumbing trades; during construction, you will coordinate and supervise the relevant trades on site; you will liaise closely with architects, specialist planners from other disciplines and other project stakeholders

You have successfully completed a degree as a Dipl.-Ing. (m/f/d), Master’s (m/f/d), Bachelor’s degree (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) qualification in the field of building services engineering or a comparable specialist qualification; you possess sound technical knowledge in the fields of heating, ventilation, plumbing and refrigeration technology; you have several years’ experience in handling service phases 1–8 of the HOAI; experience in the planning and site supervision of new-buildand refurbishment projects rounds off your profile. You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to your work. You possess strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with clients. You enjoy working as part of a team and take responsibility for your projects.
