You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair work on heating, plumbing, air-conditioning and ventilation systems; this also involves drawing up maintenance schedules. In addition, you will be responsible for commissioning and supervising external contractors, as well as handling communication with customers and providing technical advice

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d), or a degree in HVAC, air conditioning or utilities engineering
• You have also gained experience in building services and/or utilities engineering
• You also have a good knowledge of MS Office
• You excel at communicating with customers and service partners
• You are also a team player
• A driving licence is essential
