• You will provide customers with professional and friendly advice on timber products and their uses
• You will reorder specific timber items as and when necessary to ensure the range is always complete
• You’ll play an active role in ensuring the goods are displayed to their best advantage on the shop floor
• You’ll regularly check stock levels and report any discrepancies
• You’ll handle any customer complaints in a customer-focused and solution-oriented manner
• You carefully check incoming timber goods for quantity and condition in accordance with internal guidelines
• You store and arrange the goods correctly on the shelves and in the stock areas
• You assist customers throughout the sales process right up to the checkout and ensure everything runs smoothly

• Even without formal training, you can get your career off to a flying start with us as a motivated career changer (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you’ll have some initial practical experience in sales-oriented retail
• You are characterised by a strong service-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for customer contact
• You have good to very good written and spoken German
• You are willing to work flexibly in a two-shift system
• You check goods carefully and reliably and adhere to internal guidelines
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are friendly and communicative with customers
• You hold a valid work permit and are resident in Germany
