• You will direct customers in a friendly yet firm manner upon delivery, telling them where specific types of waste should and may be unloaded
• You will ensure the site remains tidy and clean by sweeping and picking up any litter
• When unloading waste and recyclables, you ensure they are sorted into the correct collection areas
• Following appropriate training, you will operate industrial trucks as required and use them to transport materials around the site
• Depending on your qualifications and training, you will operate compactors and compress waste professionally
• You will comply with safety regulations on the premises and ensure that customers also adhere to them
• You keep access and unloading areas clear and safe, even when working outdoors in all weathers

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a recycling and waste management specialist (m/f/d), a warehouse specialist (m/f/d) or a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• Initial experience with industrial trucks or balers is an advantage; otherwise, you are willing to undergo training
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) is an asset
• You are happy to work on Saturdays from 7.45 am to 2.15 pm
• You work reliably and independently, even outdoors in all weathers
• You enjoy interacting with customers and provide them with friendly yet firm guidance
• You are characterised by your attention to detail and sense of responsibility when it comes to maintaining order, cleanliness and safety standards
• A valid work permit is required
