• You will receive returned parcels and prepare them for further processing
• You will carefully record and log the contents of the returned parcels in the system
• You will enter detailed information into the computer system to ensure complete documentation of returned goods
• You will create detailed descriptions of the contents of the parcels in accordance with specified standards
• You will check the recorded data for completeness and accuracy
• In the event of discrepancies or ambiguities, you will consult with colleagues and resolve these promptly
• You sort and label the checked parcels for the subsequent flow of goods
• You will work with internal departments to ensure the smooth processing of returns
• You will ensure compliance with quality and data entry standards at every stage of the process

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d),

retail sales assistant

(m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you will have gained experience in bookkeeping
• You are confident using a PC and standard software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work the permanent night shift
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
