Steel mesh fitter (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you’ll read and work to reinforcement plans on the building site
• You cut and bend reinforcing steel to exact specifications
• You weave and tie steel bars with wire to form stable meshes for concrete construction
• On site, you will install the tied reinforcement elements into the formwork
• You will ensure that the reinforcement does not shift and is securely in place during the concreting work

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a steel fixer (m/f/d), steelwork fitter (m/f/d) or rebar bender (m/f/d)
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• Manual dexterity when working with steel and wire is a strong point of yours
• You are physically fit and reliable
