• In day-to-day operations, you play an active role, advising customers and handling payments
• You manage all operational processes at your branch – with a focus on organisation, processes and quality

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have also gained experience in fashion consultancy and team management
• you are confident in using MS Office
• You have excellent written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts and on Saturdays
• Your communication skills and passion for fashion are your strong points
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
