• You will actively support benchmarking, supplier sourcing, RFQ processes and quotation analyses
• You will coordinate feasibility studies and the validation process with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• You will provide support during the supplier nomination process
• You will manage sample and pre-production orders, including tracking deadlines
• You will analyse supplier requests for price increases in consultation with the Strategic Buyer
• Maintaining price data in SAP following approval is one of your responsibilities
• You also organise and coordinate internal and external meetings

• you have already gained experience in operational and/or strategic procurement
• you have proven experience with RFQs
• you are well versed in commercial analysis and supplier management
• Excellent MS Office skills are one of your strengths
• SAP skills are a given for you
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• you enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment
• a structured, analytical and proactive approach to work rounds off your profile
