• You will be responsible for strategic procurement, with a focus on indirect materials and services
• You will conduct tendering processes independently
• Negotiating terms and conditions and contracts will also form part of your remit
• You will conduct supplier meetings with confidence and a clear focus on objectives
• You will make make-or-buy decisions as part of your duties
• Product group management falls within your remit
• You will manage project requirements reliably and in line with the respective requirements
• You will play an active role as part of your assigned client project team
• You will handle project-related processes on the procurement side independently
• You will also continuously develop and optimise existing workflows

• You have a degree in business administration or engineering, or equivalent training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
• Experience in strategic or project-based procurement, preferably in a technical field, is desirable
• You have knowledge of contract and price negotiations as well as the international procurement market
• You are familiar with public procurement law and have a basic understanding of legal contract matters
• You have experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as very good MS Office skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
