• You will be responsible for carrying out targeted procurement market analysis in both national and international markets to identify new suppliers and opportunities in the cable assembly segment
• You will also be responsible for the structured collection and thorough evaluation of complex quotations, taking into account defined financial indicators
• Furthermore, you will oversee the operational planning and sustainable implementation of the forward-looking procurement strategy for your assigned area of responsibility within the company
• Strategic procurement planning for in-house production and for qualified component suppliers is also one of your key day-to-day responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the preparation and conduct of challenging supplier negotiations, including the drafting of legally compliant contracts
• Furthermore, you will support the smooth commercial order processing and continuously monitor compliance with agreed delivery dates and quality standards
• Finally, you will be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of existing supplier relationships and will actively contribute to the further development of the entire supplier network

• You have completed further training to become a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ professional experience in strategic procurement, as well as a strong technical understanding of the cable assembly product group
• You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of the standard SAP modules and your proficiency in using MS Office applications
• You have native-level proficiency in German and business-level proficiency in spoken and written English for international communication
• Furthermore, you possess strong negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and a willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international business travel
• Finally, you are a strong communicator, goal-oriented and always work independently, with precision and a high degree of assertiveness within a team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
