• You will be responsible for managing assemblies at HIL’s own repair facilities and at subcontractors (UAN), including invoice verification and order monitoring in accordance with the contractual provisions
• You will also be responsible for creating and editing CS orders in SAP
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining requisitions and purchase orders for the commissioning of repair services
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring delivery dates
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for commissioning haulage contractors and coordinating transport processes

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial vocational training programme
• Some initial work experience would also be an advantage
• You have knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and are confident in using MS Office applications
• Furthermore, you are willing to undergo a security clearance check and can provide a police certificate with no entries
• Very good written and spoken German is also an asset
