• As the main point of contact for day-to-day operations, you’ll work closely with Customer Service to ensure products are available on time
• In the event of product shortages, you’ll maintain an overview and coordinate customer orders in close consultation with the relevant departments
• In addition, you will coordinate product supply from related production sites
• Stock planning is in your hands – you ensure optimal stock levels for finished products

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, economics or a technical discipline – or you have relevant professional experience in the fields of supply chain, production planning or product management
• you are very familiar with SAP systems relevant to the supply chain, as well as with MS Office, particularly Excel; Experience with tools such as IBP is an advantage
• you communicate confidently in both spoken and written German and English
• you are characterised by analytical thinking, as well as a systematic and results-oriented approach to work
• you are highly self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
