• You will carry out preparatory activities for coating tasks
• You will carry out all coating work in accordance with drawings and/or work instructions
• You will visually inspect the coated surfaces and ensure that all quality requirements are met, that all quality requirements are met
• you actively support the optimisation of workflows and processes
• you operate automated and manual coating systems safely
• you carry out simple maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan and clean the coating systems
• assembly, masking/demasking and powder coating are also part of your area of responsibility
• you also take over machine operation and loading

• You have completed training or are a semi-skilled worker
• You have professional experience - preferably in surface treatment or in the painting and varnishing sector
• Basic PC skills are available
• You are prepared to work in shifts
• German language skills at B1 level make communication easier for you
• A valid work permit is a prerequisite
