• You will carry out the anodising and hot-dip galvanising of various metal components to a high standard, in accordance with quality standards and customer-specific manufacturing specifications, as part of ongoing shift work
• You carefully load and operate the modern electroplating systems to professionally finish a wide variety of materials as part of the daily production process
• You continuously monitor the electrolyte baths and conscientiously carry out chemical analyses, to ensure optimum coating results and compliance with quality specifications
• You will precisely inspect surfaces for dimensional accuracy and coating thickness, and carefully document all relevant test results and quality data
• You carry out regular maintenance and cleaning work on the coating systems in compliance with all health and safety regulations and environmental requirements
• You will play an active role in the continuous optimisation of coating processes and liaise closely with all relevant production teams

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a surface coater (m/f/d), electroplater (m/f/d) or a process mechanic for coating technology (m/f/d)
• you also have sound professional experience in the fields of anodising, hot-dip galvanising and professional surface treatment
• Furthermore, you have a good working knowledge of computer-aided plant control systems and standard production systems used in the electroplating industry
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure effective communication within the workplace
• Finally, you are consistently reliable, demonstrate a proactive and precise approach to your work, and show a high level of commitment
• For this role, in addition to your expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
