Your responsibilities

• you carry out surface finishing treatments on components in accordance with specifications
• you carefully mask the components before coating
• You operate all the equipment and machinery required for surface coating
• You reliably prepare the necessary process and quality documentation
• You provide support for projects within your area of work
• You will carry out quality assurance directly on the products
• You will monitor the coating processes and ensure compliance with specifications
• You will prepare materials and equipment for the respective coating process
• You inspect the components after treatment for coating defects and initiate rework where necessary

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a surface coater (m/f/d), electroplater (m/f/d) or process mechanic for coating technology (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in a coating company
• You are available to work across all three shifts
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
• You excel thanks to your quick grasp of new concepts
• Teamwork and a positive working atmosphere are important to you
• You work meticulously and with a focus on quality
• You have a basic spoken command of German
• A valid work permit is required
