• You carry out various surface treatment processes such as grinding, polishing and sandblasting
• You prepare workpieces for surface treatment, cleaning and deburring them carefully
• You check the surface quality and ensure compliance with all specified standards
• You regularly maintain and service tools and machinery
• You document the work carried out and quality checks using the worker’s self-inspection form
• You consistently adhere to health and safety and environmental regulations at every stage of the work

• You have completed an apprenticeship in metalworking, surface finishing, industrial mechanics or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in surface finishing, ideally with various processes and materials
• You are characterised by a good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Your profile includes German language skills at least at B1 level and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts (if required)
• A driving licence and your own car are desirable
• A meticulous and precise approach to work, as well as an eye for detail, are among your strengths
• The ability to work well in a team, drive, reliability and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
