• You will provide active support in the processing of surfaces on aluminium and cast components and ensure that all steps are carried out professionally
• Mechanical surface processing and the grinding of microscope stands and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings will be carried out with great care
• Sanding work and activities at the manual workstation are also part of your area of responsibility, where you work together as a team to achieve optimum results
• Polishing and reworking surfaces thoroughly and reliably removing residues to ensure that the required quality standards are met
• Reworking components to ensure the desired surface quality and applying your experience in a targeted manner
• Caring for and maintaining the work equipment used independently so that it is always ready for use and in perfect condition

• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You have ideally gained your first experience in metalworking, either through a completed apprenticeship in a metalworking profession such as metalworker (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d) or through semi-skilled knowledge with comparable qualifications
• You have manual dexterity and dexterity and use them purposefully in everyday work
• You have practical experience in handling hand and grinding tools and are proficient in their use
• Basic knowledge of MS Office will support you, efficiently complete tasks
