• You will be responsible for providing expert advice to all clients on all matters relating to income tax law and general procedural law in the day-to-day running of the association
• You will also be responsible for independently and promptly preparing complete income tax returns for new and existing association members
• Furthermore, you will maintain open and trusting communication with the tax authorities and carefully check issued tax assessments for technical accuracy and completeness
• Monitoring deadlines for all ongoing cases is also part of your responsibilities, to reliably ensure a smooth and timely process
• As part of your role, you will assist in representing clients during appeal proceedings and handle the necessary correspondence with the relevant authorities
• Furthermore, you will assist in providing expert advice on tax optimisation options within the framework of legal requirements for all members we serve
• Finally, you will be responsible for acquiring new members and for the ongoing management of the existing client base at the Hamm office

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification as a tax clerk (m/f/d), as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in providing personal advice to employees and professionally preparing income tax returns
• You are distinguished by your sound knowledge of income tax and procedural law, and you are confident in using standard tax software applications
• You have native-level proficiency in spoken and written German, enabling you to communicate flawlessly with clients at all times
• Furthermore, you take great pleasure in providing personalised advice and bring a strong service-oriented approach to your daily work
• Finally, you are extremely reliable, distinguish yourself through your goal-oriented approach to work and impress with strong communication skills
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
