• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax advice to employees and pensioners, taking into account all current statutory requirements under tax law
• You will also be responsible for preparing, independently and professionally, the income tax returns for the association members assigned to you
• Furthermore, you will assist members with any queries regarding income tax and ensure an excellent standard of service
• Checking all incoming tax assessment notices in a timely manner is also part of your daily, responsible duties at this practice
• As part of your role, you will assist members in lodging appeals and handle the necessary out-of-court appeal procedures
• Furthermore, you will support the existing team with administrative tasks and with maintaining master data in the systems
• Finally, you will be responsible for direct communication with the tax authorities and will proactively resolve any discrepancies in the members’ best interests

• You have successfully completed further training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification in the field of taxation
• In addition, a sound apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or tax assistant (m/f/d) serves as your solid professional foundation
• Your confident use of standard tax software and established MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, combined with your excellent communication skills, enable you to provide professional advice to our members
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of communication skills and enjoy providing daily, personalised advice to our members
• Finally, you are completely reliable and always work in a structured manner, taking initiative and demonstrating a keen eye for detail
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
