• You carefully prepare documents for tax purposes and check them for completeness
• You reliably issue and dispatch invoices as part of day-to-day operations
• You enter and maintain accounting-related data in DATEV
• For property advertising, you assist with placing adverts on social media
• You communicate with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• You use MS Office to prepare reports, documents and correspondence
• Ideally, you will update property data in the Propstack system
• Where required, you will also handle correspondence in English and Italian
• You will support the team with general administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day office work

• You have completed a training programme as an office administrator (m/f/d),

a tax clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification

• Experience with Propstack or prior knowledge of the property sector is desirable
• You are confident in using MS Office and DATEV
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and English, and ideally Italian
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
