• You will be responsible for independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), US GAAP and IFRS for high-profile corporate clients, whilst complying with statutory requirements
• You will also be responsible for providing expert support to clients in ensuring accurate financial reporting and the proper assessment of highly complex tax matters in an international context
• Furthermore, you will oversee the systematic implementation of detailed cost centreand cost unit analyses, and will develop meaningful cost and performance accounts for management-relevant business processes
• Providing professional guidance and collegial advice to the team on tricky tax law issues is also part of your day-to-day responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will assist with the meticulous preparation of relevant documentation for auditors and tax advisers, and provide solution-oriented support during upcoming audits
• Furthermore, you will support the operational implementation of complex business transactions as well as the forward-looking implementation of modern AI agents for digital accounting processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for the quality-assured review of cross-border transactions and the expert assessment of complex matters relating to international VAT law

• You have successfully completed further training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) and have sound vocational training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have solid practical knowledge of international VAT law and several years’ experience in preparing financial statements for larger companies or corporate groups
• your confident knowledge of common ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Navision, as well as your openness to innovative AI-supported accounting systems, set you apart
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as business-fluent English for managing international client projects
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking and enthusiasm, as well as a very structured, goal-oriented mindset, to your daily work
