Team Assistant Customer Service (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for scheduling and resource planning for 13 service technicians
• You will also assist with preparing for service calls and organise domestic and international travel
• You will also coordinate the vehicle fleet for service call-outs
• Furthermore, you will compile statistics and prepare reports
• Last but not least, you will also handle administrative tasks for the Field Service department

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Some initial work experience would be an advantage
• You also have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• You are confident in your use of the German language and have a good command of written and spoken English
