For our client, a medium-sized company in the fresh produce logistics sector in Groß-Gerau, we are looking for you as a Team Assistant (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete handling of daily correspondence and ensure smooth communication with internal and external interfaces
- In addition, you will be responsible for the structured filing and careful maintenance of all relevant master data within the in-house logistics systems and databases
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for general office organisation and support and actively support the preparation of freight documents and the timely preparation of all shipping documents
- As part of your job, you will support the team with special administrative tasks and independently coordinate all appointments to optimise work processes
- Finally, you will be responsible for the professional switchboard and act as a competent contact person for all driver concerns:and the various logistics partners
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the logistics environment
- You must have sound professional experience in general office organisation and a firm understanding of the processes within a dynamic logistics company or forwarding company
- You are confident in the use of common MS Office products, Word and Excel in particular, to ensure efficient digital documentation of daily business transactions at all times
- You have a good command of German at native speaker level, both written and spoken, for precise and professional communication with the various customers and service providers:and service providers
- You have a valid work permit for Germany as well as a permanent residence in Germany
- A strong reliability and a structured way of working characterise you as a team-oriented personality, so that you always keep the full overview even in stressful phases
