Job description

  • You will be responsible for general assistance tasks and mail processing as well as the organisation of business trips and the recording of sick notes for your team
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise planning and coordination of complex appointments and the professional organisation of internal meetings and discussions for the team
  • Furthermore, you will be in charge of all communication with the Executive Board secretariat and the relevant contractual partners and will be in close contact with external law firms in Germany and abroad. and abroad
  • Supporting the processing of contracts by comparing legal documents and preparing important decision papers for the Executive Board is also one of your key tasks
  • As part of your role, you will support the administration of trade mark law and take responsibility for the continuous processing and strict control of trade marks. the continuous processing and strict control of all deadlines of your specialist department
  • Finally, you will be responsible for actively participating in future-oriented digitisation projects and contributing to sustainable process optimisation within the entire organisation through your ideas


Requirements

  • You have completed training as a paralegal (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d) and have sound commercial expertise
  • In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in the assistance area or within a legal department of an internationally operating company or a research institution
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications and modern digital tools for process management.applications and modern digital tools for process management distinguish you and enable you to handle your daily tasks efficiently
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as very good English skills for communication with clients are mandatory for this position
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of organisational skills and a high degree of reliability, to always keep track of all deadlines even with a high workload
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work conscientiously and in a solution-oriented manner to optimise internal workflows in close coordination with all departments involved
