Job description
- You actively support application management and the entire organisation of the recruitment context, including the publication of job advertisements and appointment management
- In your role, you are responsible for the precise processing of all applications and bookings within the digital working time recording system digital working time recording for seamless documentation
- Maintaining the electronic personnel file, including digital document storage and the conscientious scanning of all relevant documents
- Taking on administrative tasks such as processing incoming mail, managing JobRad leasing contracts and accounting for business trips and logbooks
- in your daily work, you will be responsible for creating accident reports and reliably following up on resubmissions to ensure all deadlines are met
- you will continuously focus on trusting cooperation with all internal interfaces and supporting general administrative HR projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources, forms the essential basis for your daily work in this position
- You have relevant professional experience in the field of assistance, office management or in general HR administration within a comparable company structure
- You are confident in using common MS Office applications and modern digital administrative structures in daily practice
- Knowledge of written and spoken German at native speaker level is essential for legally compliant correspondence with all internal and external parties
