You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of the Controlling team; you will be solely responsible for the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements; you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of finance projects; you will manage and prepare budget, forecast and planning processes for the company; you ensure high-quality internal and external reporting; you produce regular reports and analyses on time for management and the executive board; you prepare relevant key performance indicators, thereby supporting the executive board in making well-informed decisions; in the day-to-day operations of the Financeteam, you will play an active role and act as a sparring partner for the Head of Finance; you will work in an interdisciplinary manner with group-wide interfaces and international subsidiaries, coordinating closely with them; you will continuously analyse and optimise existing controlling processes; you will prepare ad-hoc analyses and prepare decision-making documents for the management team

a successfully completed degree in finance, Controlling or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification through relevant further training; you have several years’ professional experience in Controlling as well as some management experience; you are characterised by strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes; you are confident in using Excel, ideally supplemented by knowledge of SAP and BI systems; a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you; strong communication skills, team spirit and a hands-on mentality round off your profile; excellent command of German and English is a prerequisite for this role
