• You will handle day-to-day financial accounting independently and provide comprehensive accounting support to the subsidiaries
• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, taking into account local requirements as well as relevant tax and statistical reporting obligations
• You will prepare, validate and finalise monthly financial and accounting reports
• You will compile and reconcile relevant financial and accounting information for auditors, internal contacts and affiliated companies
• You will lead and coordinate a financial accounting team in a professional capacity
• You will play an active role in process improvements, standardisation and automation within financial accounting
• You monitor compliance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements in accounting
• You contribute your expertise to the further development of accounting processes and systems

• a completed three-year vocational training programme, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or bookkeeper (m/f/d), or a degree in business administration
• you have relevant professional experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using standard financial accounting systems and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German.
• You are characterised by leadership skills, reliability, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• Your journey time to the company’s headquarters in Tegelen (Venlo) is no more than 45 minutes
