• You will operate and manage the laser welding system during production
• You will carry out the 100% leak test with care
• You will ensure a reliable supply of parts
• Programming is not part of your remit
• You set up and maintain the systems independently
• You troubleshoot faults in a targeted and reliable manner
• You conscientiously document your work steps and results

• You have completed an apprenticeship in a metalworking trade, e.g. as a metal fabricator (m/f/d), fitter (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• You have experience with laser welding systems
• Team leadership experience is an advantage, but not essential
• You have a very good command of German
