• You will take on the technical management of a three-person team and ensure the structured allocation of tasks as well as targeted induction
• You will also be responsible for carrying out reliable quantity and identification checks, as well as thorough quality inspections of all incoming goods
• Furthermore, you will oversee comprehensive quality assurance tasks in the outgoing goods department and conscientiously check the mechatronic measuring instruments before dispatch
• Smooth dispatch coordination, including the preparation of all necessary dispatch documents and secure packaging, is also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support efficient materials scheduling and precise demand planning directly within the proAlpha ERP system
• Furthermore, you will assist with the internal transport of all materials and finished equipment using a forklift, crane or Sprinter van
• In addition, you will closely coordinate all key delivery dates with the freight forwarder’s internal sales team and the purchasing department
• Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation and further development of all logistical processes within your assigned area of responsibility

• You have completed further training to become a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) and have an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have extensive professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics, specifically in goods-in processing, as well as in supervisory roles
• Your confident use of modern ERP systems such as proAlpha sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You also hold a valid car driving licence and have practical experience in the safe operation of forklift trucks and small delivery vans
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as strong communication skills in English
• You are also characterised by a highly independent and meticulous approach to your work, as well as an exceptionally high level of quality awareness
• Finally, you impress with your strong team spirit and your goal-oriented and solution-focused communication with all stakeholders
