• In a technical capacity, you will lead a skilled team of eight production staff within a very flat hierarchy at the Willich site
• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily production processes and capacity within the specialised final assembly of industrial systems
• You will proactively fulfil a key liaison role between internal production planning, logistics and procurement to ensure processes run smoothly
• Active involvement in pump assembly, including the precise machining of individual parts, is also part of your varied operational remit
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out and documenting all interim and final inspections to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
• You will independently manage the determination of material requirements and the ordering of necessary accessories via the internal logistics department on behalf of your team
• You will also support continuous process optimisation within production, whilst adhering to applicable health and safety regulations and internal quality standards to improve efficiency
• Finally, you will maintain the production equipment and test benches in use, and regularly attend strategic meetings to report to senior management

• Your qualification as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) specialising in metal or as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) forms the essential basis for this management position
• A completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d) will provide you with a solid technical foundation
• Your profile is characterised by relevant management experience and in-depth specialist knowledge in the assembly of complex pump systems or comparable technical units
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering for defined activities as well as practical experience in plastic welding and metal engraving
• Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills for communication within the international group of companies are mandatory
• A high degree of social competence as well as a strong team spirit and a motivating handson mentality in everyday working life are a matter of course for you
