• You reliably ensure the proper booking of SAP system processes in the logistics area
• You manage employees in the areas of incoming goods, order picking, dispatch, warehousing and internal transport in a professional and disciplinary manner, warehousing and internal transport
• you organise the logistics chain from goods receipt to inventory management to goods issue
• you also manage the internal logistics chain from goods receipt to production supply to production disposal in a structured and forward-looking manner
• to ensure on-time delivery to and from and deliveries to customers and suppliers on time
• You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of the annual inventory
• You coordinate and conduct weekly logistics meetings independently
• You load and unload lorries and create delivery notes and CMR consignment notes
• You are actively involved in logistics projects, document material flow requirements, accompany customer and supplier delivery concepts and support the implementation of changes to all logistics processes
• you also support material flow optimisation in SAP, for example in the areas of warehouse structures, TA and Kanban

• Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is an advantage for you
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the warehouse or logistics sector
• At least 3 years of management experience is required, ideally in leading a team of around 30 people per shift
• Knowledge of logistics, demand planning, warehousing and customer service
• you have experience in SAP in a logistics environment and in material flow optimisation
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• you are familiar with the use of industrial trucks and a forklift licence will benefit you
• you are willing to work shifts
• you have very good interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, a proactive attitude, accuracy and the ability to work in a team are part of your portfolio
