• You will manage one shift of the logistics team, both in terms of technical matters and staff supervision, allocate tasks and oversee day-to-day operations
• You ensure that SAP system processes in the logistics department are recorded correctly
• You organise the logistics chain from goods receipt through stock management to goods dispatch, including production supply
• You ensure that goods are received and delivered to customers and suppliers on time
• You assist with the loading and unloading of lorries and check the load for completeness
• You will carefully prepare delivery notes and CMR consignment notes and check the dispatch documents
• You act as the point of contact for your shift team, clarify any discrepancies in stock or processes, and liaise with neighbouring departments
• During your shift, you ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse and when operating industrial trucks

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have at least 5 years’ professional experience in the warehouse and logistics sector, as well as 3 years’ management experience, ideally with a team of around 30 people per shift,

• Experience in operating industrial trucks and a forklift licence would be an advantage
• you have knowledge of logistics, demand planning, warehousing and customer service
• You are naturally proficient in using SAP, particularly for posting transactions and optimising material flow
• A good command of English is part of your profile
