• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of your team of up to 14 staff members in a demanding two-shift operation
• You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth processes at the production facilities
• You will also actively support production management on various projects and in the continuous optimisation of existing processes
• Your responsibilities will also include the proper storage of all materials used and ensuring adequate stock levels
• As part of your role, you will coordinate minor maintenance tasks in close and productive collaboration with the relevant workshop
• Furthermore, you will support the team with administrative tasks and ensure comprehensive electronic documentation of the processes

• You have completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in the chemical sector, as well as an apprenticeship as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or production specialist (m/f/d)
• you also have at least five years’ relevant professional experience in chemical production, as well as sound experience in technical personnel management
• Your confident use of standard PC applications and common MS Office programmes sets you apart in your day-to-day administrative work
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication within your team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of quality awareness, the ability to work independently, strong assertiveness and excellent teamwork skills
