• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial supervision of two motivated production teams comprising a total of around 20 dedicated staff in the manufacturing department
• You will also be responsible for the technical management of electricalfine assembly, as well as the precise calibration of sophisticated mechatronic measuring instruments
• Furthermore, you will oversee the timely initiation of all production orders and ensure smooth and consistently on-time delivery
• Close coordination with internal production control and scheduling within the proAlpha enterprise resource planning system are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the experienced systems engineers in the successful introduction of new, innovative products into series production
• Furthermore, you will support the continuous development of existing production and measurement processes to sustainably optimise the measurement accuracy of all devices
• Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring metrological calibration levels whilst ensuring constant compliance with all internal quality standards and technical specifications

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a physicist (m/f/d), and have relevant management experience
• you also have sound professional experience in measurement technology, test bench development and the systematic analysis and evaluation of physical measurement data
• Your confident use of modern ERP systems such as proAlpha sets you apart in day-to-day production control
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for communication within the company
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a quick grasp of complex technical details
• Finally, you are a goal-oriented individual who always works independently, meticulously and with a strong hands-on approach
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
