• You will take on the technical management of the production staff at the site and motivate your team through targeted staff appraisals
• You will also be responsible for the smooth planning and organisation of all production orders in close coordination with the Production Manager
• You will also oversee daily staff scheduling and the coordination of staffing requirements in close and trusting collaboration with other team leaders
• Consistent adherence to all deadlines, timeframes and quality specifications, whilst making optimal use of all available resources, is also part of your remit
• As part of your role, you will support the monitoring, management and optimisation of production processes in accordance with the modern one-piece flow principle
• Furthermore, you will support the implementation of all CIP, Kaizen and 5S measures, as well as the maintenance of key equipment and tools
• Finally, you will be responsible for liaising with Quality Assurance, Prototyping and Development, as well as ensuring compliance with current health and safety standards

• You have completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) with an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• You also have sufficient professional experience in a comparable management role, ideally in the field of electromagnetic components, assemblies and devices
• Furthermore, you are distinguished by your in-depth experience in optimising manufacturing processes, particularly in-line production and methods such as Kaizen
• You stand out for your confident proficiency in the professional use of the Navision ERP system and standard MS Office applications
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth and professional communication with all internal stakeholders
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of leadership skills, commitment, strong communication skills, and a proactive and highly responsible approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
