• Fessionally, you will lead a competent team of eight industrial employees:within a very flat hierarchy at the Willich site
• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily production processes and capacities within the specialised final assembly of industrial systems
• A central interface function between internal production planning, logistics and purchasing to ensure smooth processes
• Active collaboration in pump assembly, including the precise processing of individual parts, is also part of your varied operational area of responsibility
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out and documenting all intermediate and final inspections to ensure compliance with the highest quality standards

• you will independently manage the determination of material requirements and the request for necessary accessories via the internal logistics department for your team
• you will also support the continuous process optimisation within production, taking into account applicable occupational safety regulations and internal quality specifications to increase efficiency

• Your qualification as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) specialising in metal or as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) forms the essential basis for this management position
• A completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d) will provide you with a solid technical foundation
• Your profile is characterised by relevant management experience and in-depth specialist knowledge in the assembly of complex pump systems or comparable technical units
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering for defined activities as well as practical experience in plastic welding and metal engraving
• Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills for communication within the international group of companies are mandatory
• A high degree of social competence as well as a strong team spirit and a motivating handson mentality in everyday working life are a matter of course for you
