• You will support the team leader in planning, organising and monitoring warehouse operations, and also assist with staff scheduling
• You manage and coordinate the warehouse team with confidence
• You plan and coordinate delivery schedules effectively
• You carry out bookings in the ERP system with care
• You play an active role in compiling reports on stock levels, order processing and relevant data analysis
• You are responsible for stock levels and handle the ordering of consumables and packaging materials
• You support the team leader in planning and carrying out the annual stock-take
• You involve internal departments such as Project Management and Purchasing in the collaboration
• You support the team in day-to-day operations, including order picking, pre-assembly, processing incoming and outgoing goods, returns, packaging, and loading and unloading tasks

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification in the field of warehousing/logistics
• Your professional experience in the warehousing and logistics sector, ideally in the shopfitting sector, will be an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• You are proficient in using an ERP system
• Good written and spoken German are part of your skill set
• ideally, you also hold a forklift licence and/or a lorry driving licence
• you stand out for your excellent organisational skills and good time management
• you possess technical understanding and manual dexterity
• The ability to work as part of a team and strong communication skills are among your strengths
• Working independently and in a solution-oriented manner comes naturally to you
