• You will be responsible for organising and coordinating day-to-day dispatch and logistics processes
• You will liaise with hauliers and customers
• You will be responsible for preparing all shipping-related documents
• You will also track delivery schedules and outsourced tasks
• You will support the team in their day-to-day operational work
• Your responsibilities are rounded off by helping to optimise processes and ensuring quality and on-time delivery

• You have completed vocational training, ideally as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in the warehouse/logistics sector
• You are a team player and always act fairly
• Valid work permits and a good command of spoken and written German are essential for employment
