• 1 day of remote working per week
• Working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Thursday, with shorter hours on Fridays

We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our industrial client in the Burbach area, specialising in warehouse logistics. Key responsibilities within the role: Your tasks will include planning and coordinating daily operations in goods-in, storage and dispatch of sheet metal Organising internal transport using industrial trucks for large sheets weighing between 2 and 20 tonnes Professional loading and unloading of lorries in compliance with all safety standards Carrying out material and stock entries in the ERP system (Microsoft D365 or SAP) Leading a small warehouse and logistics team Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / 5S) Your profile: Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or several years’ relevant professional experience; Extensive experience in the metal industry, ideally in large sheet metal processing; Proficiency in using inventory management and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 / SAP) Experience in the safe transport and handling of heavy metal sheets (load securing) Good knowledge of metallic materials and their specific requirements regarding storage and handling An independent, responsible and team-oriented approach to work Managing a team of 10 staff members

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d), or have several years’ relevant professional experience
• You have extensive experience in the metal industry, ideally in large-scale sheet metal processing
• You are confident in using inventory management and ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 or SAP
• You have experience in the safe transport and handling of heavy metal sheets, including load securing
• You have a good knowledge of metallic materials and their specific characteristics regarding storage and handling
• You are confident in taking on leadership responsibility for a team of around 10 staff and have the relevant experience
• You work independently, responsibly and as part of a team
• You take quality, safety and process requirements seriously and implement them reliably
• You are open to improvement methods such as Lean and 5S
