• You will organise the receipt and dispatch of goods and ensure that operations in the warehouse run smoothly
• Picking and packing goods are part of your duties, as is loading and unloading vehicles
• You operate the forklift safely and skilfully when transporting and handling goods
• You will coordinate and provide professional guidance to your warehouse team to ensure that all processes run smoothly
• You will plan and manage daily warehouse processes and allocate tasks to your team
• You check stock levels and ensure goods are stored and labelled correctly
• You monitor compliance with standards of order, cleanliness and safety regulations in the warehouse area
• You contribute new ideas for optimising warehouse logistics and implement them together with your team
• You carry out quality control on incoming and outgoing goods and document stock movements

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in the warehousing or logistics sector; an internship alone is not sufficient here
• You should be able to demonstrate initial experience in the technical management or coordination of a team
• Furthermore, experience of operating reach trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries would be an advantage
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A basic understanding of technical matters comes naturally to you, and you are also comfortable with machinery and technical terminology
• Reliability and the ability to work well in a team are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
