• You will be responsible for the operational and strategic procurement of high-precision components and sophisticated materials for innovative high-tech projects, working in close collaboration with the technical teams
• You will also be responsible for the ongoing design and further development of our procurement-specific processes, with a clear focus on the requirements of quality-oriented custom manufacturing
• Furthermore, you will oversee the strategic development and optimisation of our supplier evaluation and qualification systems to ensure our high quality standards are maintained in the long term
• Targeted supplier development and the continuous expansion of our regional network of qualified contract manufacturers will also form part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing evaluation of existing procurement channels, as well as the identification and implementation of suitable digital e-procurement platforms
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing standardisation and digitalisation of all operational procurement processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to the team, as well as for your long-term development towards future group leadership of a team of 5 staff members

• You have completed further commercial training as a business administrator (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) following a technical apprenticeship (m/f/d), or hold a university degree
• You also have at least 3 years’ professional experience in technical procurement, ideally within a manufacturing company specialising in custom machinery
• Your confident use of MS Office, as well as your in-depth experience with ERP systems and modern e-procurementsolutions
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as business-fluent English for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of technical understanding, a strong motivation to learn the ropes, and the potential to take on a team leadership role
• Finally, you are assertive, work in a highly structured manner and stand out for your negotiating skills and willingness to travel nationally
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
