• You will be responsible for obtaining quotations from various suppliers for diesel engine spare parts, technical services and consumables of all kinds
• You will be responsible for comparing and selecting from the various quotations
• Handling the ordering processes in the Business Central ERP system is part of your remit
• You will also be responsible for posting goods receipts and approving invoices following verification
• In addition, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing order files
• Close collaboration with the workshop and project department rounds off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are naturally confident when dealing with suppliers and are proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Flexibility
• Knowledge of English, as well as resilience, commitment and the ability to work as part of a team are key aspects of your profile
• You are willing to work a little overtime when necessary
• You hold a driving licence
• You are characterised by a distinctly independent and flexible approach to work and organisation
