• You will organise the entire procurement process, from the initial requisition to delivery, and conduct price negotiations with national and international suppliers
• You will request technical quotations, compare offers and place orders for parts, components and services
• You will be responsible for the contractual framework of business relationships
• You will maintain long-term, reliable supplier relationships and develop them strategically
• Working closely with the project teams, you will ensure that procurement meets deadlines, stays within budget and meets quality standards
• You will coordinate the interface between internal project teams and external partners to ensure that order processing runs smoothly
• You will continuously monitor the market to identify new potential savings and optimise existing processes
• You monitor delivery dates and take timely action in the event of delays

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or a technical systems planner (m/f/d)
• You have already gained solid practical professional experience in technical procurement, preferably in the field of specialised plant engineering or vacuum technology
• You have a sound knowledge of common ERP systems and MS Office
• Your profile includes native-level proficiency in German (C2/C1), both spoken and written, as well as business-level proficiency in English
• You are characterised by excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
• You take a structured and solution-oriented approach and always work in a goal-oriented manner
• You have a strong sense of teamwork
• A valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
